I like the idea of having a wish list for family and friends, but wondered if anyone else can see it.

Hi there - yes they are a great idea aren't they. Don't worry, only you can view it. Other customers or browsers do not have access to view it.
Q: Can you please make another one exactly the same?
I have twin girls and would like to buy them a necklace each but they need to be exactly the same. Thanks from a worn out Mum!

Hi - I normally try to make each necklace just that little bit different, but for twins I will happily make an exception. Let me know which necklace you would like and if I have (or can get) the beads, I'll be pleased to make a matching pair.
Q: can you do bigger Swarovski crystals?
I really like the Swarovski crystal necklaces you do but would like bigger crystals. Do you use the bigger 6mm size? If so, what colours do you have? Thanks, Clare.

Hi Clare, I can certainly make you a necklace in the 6mm size, but I do not keep these in stock. Have you seen a colour you would like in the shop? If not tell me what colour you are looking for and I will be happy to give you a quote.
Q: can you change the red beads for black?

What colours do you stock in the Swarovski crystals?
A:
We normally have about 25 colours in stock, ranging from crystal clear through blues, greens, turquoise, reds, pinks, topaz, browns, lilacs, purples to black.... and can order more colours if there's a particular one you want.
Q: need a bracelet please!

With your gift wrapping, do you do other colour boxes?

At the moment I only do plain black but if I received a lot requests for a particular colour I would certainly investigate the possibilities.
Q: what packaging do you use?
How do you pack your jewellery to send it through the post?

Hi, each item is wrapped in tissue paper, then in bubble wrap, then placed in a padded enveloped to ensure it arrives safely.
Q: Can you send a sample?
Hi, is it possible for you to send some sample beads so that I can make sure they match my dress?

I'm really sorry, but much as I love to please all customers, I can't do this.
Q: Little Princesses necklaces
I love these pretty necklaces, are they made with "grown up" beads or do you use plastic and acrylic beads for youngsters jewellery? Thanks Sally.
A:
I use the same materials for the Little Princesses range as I do for all other products. Little Princesses get just the same good quality as us Big Princesses!
Q: Longer necklace please
I love the red sponge coral necklace with the oval pendant, but it is just a little too short. Can you make it 2" or 3" longer?

Yes I'm happy to alter items to your requirements provided I have (or can get) the materials needed. There is a charge for this, please email me giving the exact length you would like and I will send a quotation.
