Returns can not be accepted without an authorisation code. If you wish to return an item please notify me by email (see contacts) within 7 days of receipt of goods that you intend to do so. An authorisation code will be emailed back to you. This code must be shown on the returned item to enable me to process a refund.
All returns must be despatched by a recorded or "signed for" service to avoid items being lost in the post.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty I offer a full refund (or replacement if possible) including all postage costs.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, I will refund the item purchase price and outgoing postage costs, but not the return postage costs.
